Donations Donations made to Human Rights Council of India (HRCI) are voluntary unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign or initiative. Membership Payment and Non-Refundable Policy Once a membership application has been successfully processed and a Membership ID Number has been generated and issued, the membership amount paid by the applicant will be non-refundable. After the Membership ID Number has been generated, the membership fee cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where a refund is required under applicable law or in the event of a verified duplicate or erroneous transaction, subject to HRCI's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicants are therefore advised to carefully review their membership details, selected membership category, and applicable membership amount before completing the payment. The generation and issuance of a Membership ID Number may be treated as confirmation that the membership processing has been completed. 4. Event and Program Registration Fees Certain events, conferences, seminars, workshops, training programs, awareness programs, campaigns, or other activities organized by HRCI may require a registration or participation fee. The applicable fee, payment terms, registration requirements, and other conditions will be clearly mentioned on the relevant event or registration page. 5. Taxes and Additional Charges Unless otherwise specified: - All prices and charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). - Any applicable taxes will be clearly mentioned where required. - Payment gateway, banking, convenience, or transaction charges may apply depending on the payment method and service provider. - Any applicable additional charges will be communicated before payment is completed. 6. For membership payments, once the Membership ID Number has been generated and issued, the membership amount will generally be non-refundable, subject to the exceptions stated in this Pricing Policy and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
